Sisu, Inc. is an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio located in Los Angeles. We are looking for a freelance Drupal Developer.

Our clients span many industries including entertainment, media and emerging technologies. Our diverse client roster includes Sony, ABC, Warner Bros. Records, MySpace, Hearst and more.

We are currently looking for a freelance Drupal developers to help out with a boat load of high profile Drupal Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A demonstrated ability to implement end-to-end custom Drupal sites
- Comfortable with custom module development
- Familiar with Drupal 6, particularly the updated views module
- Source control experience, particularly Subversion
- Facile with various methods of multi-site configuration
- Experience with the Services module as it pertains to Flash communication (AMFPHP)
- Experience with MySQL data import and export from and to multiple sources/configurations
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, AJAX, and XML
- Experience translating PSD designs into code
- Knowledge of developing cross platform/browser compatibility in all A-Grade Browsers
- Adherence to web standards and object-oriented programming

This position is available immediately and with a 2-4 month duration. Working on-site at our offices in Culver City is preferred but working remotely is also an option.

We are looking for the rare individual who has the passion and understanding of how next-generation interactive experiences should look and function, as well as the dedication and talent to execute them. Along side the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading all creative endeavors for the company, as well as mentoring and helping to create the ideal atmosphere for producing award winning interactive experiences. In addition, you will have frequent contact with clients and vendors, so professionalism and a holistic view of the entire design/development process is important. We are a small studio with a bunch of projects so you need strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

• You must be able to generate and execute cutting edge design solutions
• You must have the ability to work harmoniously with the senior management, designers, producers and developers
• You must have the ability to work effectively under pressure and juggle multiple projects on accelerated timelines
• You must be detail oriented and have a passion for creating pixel perfect designs
• You must have great verbal and written communication skills
• You have leadership skills and are able to take charge
• You are an expert in all design related applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Aftereffects, etc…
• You have a kick-ass portfolio that demonstrates your abilities
